Show me how you Burlesque !

So this is my first BURLESQUE- inspired Look, I´m planning on making a series. It´s kind of a 50s pin up girl look and I really enjoyed trying it out. My lids are much more hidden than Christinas but it worked anyways. So if you want to know how to do it, keep reading ;)

1. Make sure your face is clean. Apply your foundation as usual and prime your lids to make the eyeshadow last longer.
2. Apply a pearly kind of eyeshadow all over your lid.
3. Mix a greyish type of brown with a dark grey and place them right above your crease and blend around the edges. Be careful: if you blend too much, you will mess up the whole look !
4. Apply a white highlight color under your brow.
5. Now to the eyeliner: draw it really thick and as precise as possible and wing it out at the end.
6. Apply a few coats of mascara and use fake lashes if you want to.
7. Contour your face and apply blush in a peachy pink kind of color.
8. Line your lips with a red liner and apply really red lipstick. (Mine was a few shades darker than hers, but that´s up to you.)

That´s it, so you could wear this perfectly to a party or even during the holiday season. Stay tuned for more burlesque looks and I hope you have a wonderful week !

From the beginning..

I just got that awesome new wig a couple of weeks ago that kind of reminded me of Katy Perry. I think it´s fun to wear, even if Halloween is just over. I love that wig because it´s just so out there and it really makes me feel great. Especially during fall and winter it´s so refreshing to wear colors and escape the drizzle.. Love, love, LOVE IT !

This is my first post and I will be uploading more fashion and makeup looks soon.. So watch out for that and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Enjoy your weekend!
